How do you prepare a New Mexico high school, college, university transcript for an apostille?
A transcripts must be accompanied by a letter on school letterhead (separate page) certifying that the transcript is a true unaltered transcript of the student. The letter must be signed by the school's registrar, and notarized by a Notarial Officer.
If the notarial statement is put on the transcript itself, the document will be rejected for an apostille!
