What documents qualify for Maryland apostilles?
Certified copies of Maryland birth certificates must bear the signature of Julia E. Davidson Randall (former State Registrar) or Geneva G. Sparks (former State Registrar) or Crystal D. Weaver (current State Registrar).
Notarized documents must be authenticated by the county circuit clerk at the county where the notary is registered. We provide this services as well, however, the processing time for such documents is longer.
Divorce judgments must be certified by a Maryland clerk of the Circuit court.
