Notarized documents must be authenticated by the county circuit clerk at the county where the notary is registered. We provide this services as well, however, the processing time for such documents is longer.
Your documents may be in a foreign language. However, the notary's statement must be in English.Divorce judgments must be certified by a Maryland clerk of the Circuit court.
